Browser purchases through Paddle
Thornvyr is sold through Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record. For browser purchases, we adopt Paddle’s Refund Policy, including its applicable refund request periods, eligibility and statutory consumer protections. Please read that policy before buying; this page does not impose a separate or shorter refund window.
Request a refund
Visit paddle.net to locate your purchase and request a refund from Paddle. Have your purchase email and order details ready. You can also follow the support instructions in Paddle’s payment confirmation email. Paddle handles browser billing inquiries and returns. Statutory rights remain available.
Purchase and confirmation
The Supporter Pack is a one-time 49 SEK purchase, not a subscription. Applicable taxes and the final total appear at checkout. There is no recurring payment to cancel. If verification is delayed, refresh ownership instead of paying again. Test payments charge no real money.
Effect of refunds and reversals
After a full refund or payment reversal is confirmed, Founder and account ad-free benefits are revoked. Pending, rejected and partial refunds do not automatically remove these benefits. Deleting your game account does not submit a refund request or override applicable refund rights.
Apple and Google purchases
Phone-store purchases, where available, use Apple’s or Google’s own refund and restoration processes, not Paddle. Browser and phone-store purchases are separate; cross-store ownership is not currently provided.
